We are not registered for EU VAT. If that changes — digital services sold to EU consumers are taxed where the customer is, with no threshold for sellers outside the EU — the VAT identification number belongs here.

[Whether GDPR Article 27 requires an EU representative to be appointed and named here. Turns on how regularly EU customers buy; an attorney should confirm.]

Agreements governing use of this site

By using this site you agree to these. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Copyright

© 2026 ZeroDayITServices LLC. All rights reserved.

The text, graphics, course materials, exercises, code samples, page layout and the compilation of all of it are our property or our suppliers', and are protected by United States and international copyright law.

You may read this site and print or save individual pages for your own personal reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, license or adapt any part of it without our written permission. Purchased course material is licensed to you personally — sharing it is the one thing that will get an account closed.

Text and data mining. We reserve all rights in this site's content against text and data mining, and against use for training, fine-tuning, benchmarking or evaluating machine learning systems. This reservation is made under, among other bases, Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. Automated access for those purposes is not permitted, whether or not it is technically blocked.

Trademarks

ZeroDayITServices LLC and ZeroDayITServices.com are our unregistered trademarks. We do not claim registration and do not use the ® symbol, because the marks are not registered — claiming otherwise carries penalties.

CompTIA, Cisco and Microsoft marks appear here only to describe what our courses prepare you for. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of them, our courses are not official or accredited training, and we do not supply exam questions or any material derived from a certifying body's confidential exam content. Full notices are on the trademarks page.

Disclaimers

Educational content only

Everything here is for general educational purposes. It is not professional advice for your environment and creates no advisory relationship. Technology changes, and material that was accurate when written can be overtaken by vendor updates or newly discovered issues. Test any configuration or command in a lab before applying it to a production system. You are responsible for what you deploy.

Security content

Our courses cover security concepts and tools so you can defend systems you are responsible for.

Nothing on this site authorises you to access, test, or interfere with any system you do not own, or for which you do not hold current written authorisation. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including under the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, and EU Directive 2013/40/EU. Practise on the labs we provide, or on systems that are yours.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome — exam results, certification, employment, promotion or salary. Individual results vary, as with any learning platform.

No warranty

This site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or, for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, liability under mandatory consumer protection law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. The remaining limits are in the Terms of Service.

External links

We link to third-party documentation, tools and vendor sites for reference. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you find a vulnerability in this site, email [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly. We aim to acknowledge within one business day. Good-faith research that stays inside the boundaries above — your own account, no access to anyone else's data, no degradation of the service — will not lead to legal action from us.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to [email protected], or by post to the registered address above. Your notice must contain the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Knowingly misrepresenting material in a takedown notice carries liability under § 512(f).

[A designated DMCA agent must be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office for safe harbour to apply, and the registration renews every three years. Until that is done this section gives complainants a route but gives us no safe harbour.]

Accessibility

We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and are not there yet. The accessibility page states plainly which parts fall short rather than claiming a level we have not tested. If something blocks you, tell us and we will get you the material another way.

Governing law

This notice and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your own country's law, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date below shows when it last changed.
