An account is for one person. Sign-in links are personal — sharing one gives someone else full access to your account and anything you have bought.
Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own study. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share course files, practice questions or study guides, and you may not use them to train a machine-learning model.
Course materials are delivered as files your browser can read. That is a technical necessity, not permission to copy them.
Individual courses are a one-time payment with no end date. The All-Access Bundle is sold for a fixed term of 12 months, after which access ends unless renewed. Which one you bought is shown in your account.
Courses listed as in development are not on sale and cannot be purchased.
Individual results will vary, as with any learning platform. Our courses are study materials. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam, obtain employment, reach any level of income, or achieve any particular career outcome. Exam results depend on your own preparation and on the certifying body, not on us.

ZeroDayITServices LLC is an independent provider of exam preparation materials and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by those organisations. Any certificate of completion we issue records that you finished our course. It is not a vendor certification and does not confer one.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content, and may add or retire courses. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
We may suspend or close an account that shares purchased material, attempts to circumvent access controls, or abuses the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you are protected by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in — including the EU and UK GDPR, and consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract — nothing here removes those protections, and this clause does not override them.
