Refund Policy

When you can get your money back.

Draft — not yet reviewed by an attorney. The factual descriptions of what this site collects and does are accurate. Anything highlighted below is a business or legal decision that has not been made, and this page must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before the site accepts payments.

Digital courses

Fourteen days, no questions asked. If you buy a course and it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, and we do not reduce the refund based on how much of the course you have worked through.

After 14 days we do not offer refunds on digital courses. Course content is delivered in full the moment you buy, so the window is there to let you look at what you bought and change your mind — not to cover a change of plan later.

All-Access Bundle

The same 14-day window applies to the All-Access Bundle, refunded in full. After 14 days the bundle is not refundable and is not pro-rated for the remainder of the 12 months.

Tutoring

Tutoring is paid in advance, at $75 an hour or $150 for a prepaid 3-hour block. The 14-day window above applies here too: ask within 14 days of payment and we will refund hours you have not yet used, in full.

After 14 days, prepaid hours are not refundable, and they expire 120 days after the date you paid. That is roughly four months to use them. Your payment confirmation states the date they run out, so you can check it at any time without asking us.

To reschedule a booked session, give us 24 hours' notice and we will move it at no charge and without using up the hour. Rescheduling does not extend the 120 days.

Sessions are scheduled at least 14 days in advance. Buying hours does not book a date — we agree dates with you by email afterwards, and we do not book closer than 14 days out.

Monthly tutoring plans

Monthly plans bill every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges from the next billing date; it does not refund the month you are in.

Hours you have already been given stay yours, and keep their own 120-day expiry from the date each month's hours were added. Cancelling does not take back hours you have paid for.

The 14-day window applies to a plan's first payment, on the same terms as everything else here. Later monthly payments are not individually refundable — cancel before the next billing date instead.

Special class slots

Group sessions, exam-week intensives and other bespoke arrangements are quoted individually and paid through a payment link we send you. Special class slots are non-refundable. The slot is reserved for you and the preparation is specific to what you asked for, so it cannot be resold if you do not attend.

This is the one exception to the 14-day window above, and we will say so plainly before you pay rather than leaving you to find it here. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you a cancellation right we cannot contract out of, that right still applies.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order details. We aim to respond within one business day, the same commitment we make on every other enquiry. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe and typically take several business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

The 14-day window above is offered to every customer, wherever you live, and it is set to match the strongest cancellation right that commonly applies to digital purchases — the right of withdrawal granted to consumers in the EU and UK. We chose not to run a shorter window elsewhere and a longer one for Europe, because one number is easier for you to rely on and for us to honour.

Nothing in this policy removes a right your local consumer law gives you and does not let us take away. Where such a right is wider than what is written here, that right applies.

Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the refunded course ends. Your account and any other purchases are unaffected.
