We prepare people for certifications awarded by other organisations. Naming those certifications is necessary to describe honestly what our courses cover, and doing so is nominative fair use — but the marks belong to their owners, not to us, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim otherwise.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or a partner, reseller or accredited training provider of CompTIA, Cisco Systems, Microsoft or the Python Software Foundation. Our courses are not official vendor curriculum and have not been reviewed or approved by any of them.
Individual instructors may personally hold certifications issued by these organisations. Holding a certification is a statement about that person, not a business relationship between ZeroDayITServices LLC and the certifying body.
Any certificate we issue records that you completed one of our courses. It is not a vendor certification, it does not confer one, and it carries no standing with CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft. Certification is awarded only by the certifying body, through its own examination.
Exam codes and objectives are set by the certifying bodies and change without reference to us. We aim to keep course content aligned to the current published objectives, but the certifying body's own materials are always the authority on what an exam covers.
